By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any term can be changed if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.1. GENERAL COMMISSION TERMS.
Please fill in the form clearly and in detail, using only relevant information.
Provide clear references of the characters you wish to be drawn. Written descriptions are accepted, however there must be visual aids along with descriptors.
I hold the right to refuse service at my own discretion.2. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. However, payments over $200 may be paid in multiple instalments.
Payment is accepted through PayPal in USD or Euro. If you cannot use PayPal, I am open to discuss alternative methods of payment.3. PROCESS
The commissioner will be given updates on the progress of their commission periodically, however, the commissioner may also request updates at their own discretion.
During the sketching process, alterations can be made to the piece. However, complex changes (pose, character, outfits, etc.) cannot be made after work has been started.
The commission may take up to four months depending on the complexity of the piece. If there are any issues that arise that may prolong the wait time, the commissioner will be notified.
Customer satisfaction is a priority, however, after a commission is completed, only small changes are accepted (colouring/marking). Greater changes will come with an additional fee.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
Standard commissions found in my price page cover personal artwork only. If you would like the commercial rights to any piece, it will be +100% of the original price.
Standard commissions will be posted on social media for promotional purposes with credit to the commissioner. If you would like to keep your commission private, it will come with a privacy charge of +50% of the original commission price.
Commissioners may re-upload the purchased artwork, however, it should come with a linked credit to myself if it is published on social media. Do not claim to be the artist behind the work purchased. Credit is required even if alterations are made to the artwork by the commissioner or third party.6. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. If the artist cancels the commission, a refund will be issued.
Commissioners reserve the right to cancel a commission, however, once a sketch has been made, a full refund may not be issued. A partial refund will be issued to compensate for any work completed.
Unlawful chargebacks or chargeback attempts will result in being blacklisted, and could result in your name being shared with other artists for protection.

Listed prices are for my most commonly requested order types, but can be arranged to cover your needs.
If you'd like to commission me for anything that isn't listed, I'll be happy to hear your ideas.

Each sheet commission includes two files: the full reference sheet and one with a transparent background with the artwork only. Reference sheets have very minimal shading in order to focus on the designCan be added the following designs in your reference sheet,
